T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), PayPal, L/C. FOB pricing. Quotes valid 30 days.

2. Delivery

Standard: 10-15 days. OEM: 20-25 days. Not liable for customs or carrier delays.

3. IP

All content property of Shanxi TriEdge Technologies Co., Ltd.

4. Liability

Limited to purchase price. No consequential damages.

5. Law

Governed by PRC law. Arbitration in Xi'an, Shaanxi.
